Overworked they don’t care about your health and wellbeing

Typically you start 5am delivering 400 to 700 boxes of food with a hand cart. Sometimes you go down ten steps of stairs with loaded hand cart. This job is really bad for your lower back. It’s very stressful job as well I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone. They don’t appreciate you all they care about is the product being delivered.

Flanagan is a fantastic company to drive for. fair pay, lots of overtime and a staff that all have the same goal in mind. Working here can be fun and fullfilling.

Management cares about its employees. If you're willing to work With them, they are willing to work with you. Everyone seems to pull their weight and work as a team at least at the DC I was at.
