good place to work at. work is easy and keeps you fit, but it is a lot of physical labour. i enjoyed my time there because i liked the fast paced environment

Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) - Kitchener, ON - 2 October 2023

Not sure about the other locations, but Kitchener is all over the place. Managers shoot fire randomly. They'll target top preforming workers over small and dumb things. But then you've got guys taking 7 breaks a shift for months and they don't bat an eye. It's a game of roulette on how you're treated.

Great place to work, Well manage and organized, Fast Paced

The company is fast paced and always looking for new innovative ideas for the food industry. You have the ability to work in three different departments and there are opportunities always to move laterally. A lot of lifting from start of your shift to the end but the pay is good. I learn every day i come to work because of the high caliber of people employed to work there with diverse experience

Poor Operations Management

Smaller Canadian owned company with a family-owned work environment. Operations manager wants you to operate within a budget but doesn’t tell you what that is. No technical experience either; which will become painfully problematic within a short time frame. The HR department managers also like to overreach when they actually perform their duties. Constant turn over at all levels of the company. Run away, don’t walk.
