First hire proper supervisors. The ones in Whitby are incompetent. 0 ability to redirect employees to do things proper. If you know you know.
Hire a proper scheduler so supervisors can pay attention to their employees and or learn their job so they can provide support to their workers.
Second put a proper Training system into place, current guy doing orientation barely has driving experience let alone delivery expertise. 10% driving 90% delivery
Pay your senior employees properly to train newbies properly. Put a system in place, follow that system, don’t alter it because you’re in a pinch.
Rid yourself or the multi tier pay system it causes internal issues amongst employees. In my opinion it’s a absolute cancer.
Purchase a support Van, so you can actively bail out drivers in trouble. Either by work load or by atmosphere.

Recognize talent where it is. Promote from within, including title changes and salary adjustments rather than simply increasing workload and responsibility. With the current system, the company is hemorrhaging talent.
Fix your equipment they might be new but not operational as they hire alot of crash and burn type drivers
Drivers could make more money if they would quit hiring supervisors and managers.
Listen to your drivers as they are the face of the company. Routing needs to listen. Stop making fulltime loyal employees work weekends and stat days. There is no family values here anymore.
