What is the interview process like at Flanagan Foodservice Inc.?

I was interviewed by a Kitchener manager, there is 0 Respect between Kitchener and Whitby,

These guys are unfair.. They are ridiculous for hiring Az drivers. They don't give you a fair chance. If the guy who interviews you isn't liking you much or his day is not so good you don't get hired... I know my husband can drive Az with over 20years experience and the guy was just a asswipe... Stupid company and jobs available all the time cause their HR are idiots

I had an interview there for a driver job, drive test went well, interview went well also, I was introduced to my furure helper and told I was hired. All very standard process except I was notified I wasnt hired after all with no reason given. I have not considered reapplying.

I interviewed for their IT Operations support position. I interviewed with the IT manager and HR basic questions tell me about your self etc., They never asked any technical questions or did a background reference check, I am not sure what their decision was based on other than the last question of how much would you like to be compensated question.
