Very sparsely. You're much more likely to be "promised" a raise for several months than ever actually get it. Most of the people I know have just gotten frustrated with this process and left. Last year we were given a blanket raise across the company that was about half the rate of inflation for the year.
Rechanged their policy now takes over a decade to reach a livable wage that can support a child.
