Poor management and the worst HR department
To be short, Human resources department and supervisors need hauling, under average wages with low advancement opportunities, they shove in your head that you're family but they treat you like disposable employees.Production Employees are nice and easy people to work with, other than thatDO NOT WORK HERE
QC Technician in Port Coquitlam, BC

Poor Quality control management
Worst QA management i have ever worked for.Completely treat their team unprofessionally and unfairly.Makes personal comments and sometimes shout at people.Makes fun of other teammates who no longer stays in QA department. If you try to fight or answer back to QA Management , they will fire you the next day.In short, nobody likes to stay there longer.

Warehouse Receiver in Port Coquitlam, BC

do not work here. hired immediately for low pay. to do work when it is year end lots of work, overtime to get it done. Then sorry see you later
So you are hired immediately if you pass their math test, can lift heavy loads and are too smart to work there. However, once the year end inventory is done with lots of overtime. The hourly wage is so low, cannot just have this job to survive. Understaffed for many reasons, low pay for ALL the work expected and NOW that employer has to pay all the health tax time to cut staff. Very underhanded management.

All work but you get a cheap gym membership
Fun to work there until marketing took over operations. There is a lot of politics and you have to step lightly around the CFO. The work is hard and heavy.
