Everyone including our Leadership Team is encouraged and join-in in our social work events. I personally have seen our President in the BC offices out bowling with the rest of us on our 12 Days of Christmas events. Our biweekly office Team Meetings are fun and informative with various associates highlighting and teaching the rest of us about their cultural holidays and other important celebrations like Persian New Year, Lunar New Year, Diwali, Black History Month, and so much more. Our onsite staff also have shift huddles each day where we are encouraged to discuss our experiences, ask questions of our teammates, etc. It's nice to feel connected to the overall team.
