Concierge's are the face of the buildings FirstService manages. They are the main source of information for residents for things like basic bylaw questions, bookings (move, elevator, amenities, etc.), among other things. They are there to help keep an eye out for building issues and report them to the right person, and assist as much as possible in the event of emergencies. Depending on the building, there can be different responsibilities like accepting packages on the residents behalf from couriers, etc. But mainly everything comes down to doing your best to provide great service to the community/building.
