Great culture, great people.
Good place to work with great culture. Flat workplace hierarchies. Higher ups act as a resource for you while your accountabilities are made clear by the company system. Great place to start your career, but sometimes you need to learn on your feet and may not be ready for everything. But the management is very understanding and supportive.

Not a fun working place , high stress
Management does not take mental health issues seriously, they have a habit of denying benefits if you need time off due to mental health! It's a very stressfull environment

Avoid working here at all cost!
Managers and supervisors are micromanagers. If your a visible minority or different nationality you become a target. They do not care about the customers and take a very long time to resolve issues at management level. Unequal pay. Based on favouritism. I would recommend working for other financial institutions that welcome diversity and better pay.

Good place to work
Really enjoy working here. Culture can be a bit lacking, and communication between teams is limited. Immediate leader is great, but senior leaders can seem a bit far away.

Great company to work for
I’ve been working for at FN for over a year and so far it’s been a great experience. Like any other company salary could be better, and they could allow more work from home flexibility. If you are uncomfortable in your current team you can reach out to other teams, they fostered internal transfers a lot.
