I left because I was loosing my passion of hair and I was was bullied by a staff member and management wouldn’t do nothing about it. They also work you to the bone and don’t get appreciated. Lack of actually teaching apprentices

To be on my own and not be so cookie cutter style of haircutting. I find the prices of the cuts should be reflected on length of hair due to it takes longer to work on different lengths, same goes for the application of colours ( foiling etc). Would like to use my own clippers - I would like to use half on guards to get better blending on the fades.
