Over four trillion dollars of currency change hands every day, and you can make a difference at Firma. The company is now based out of Toronto, but Montreal has a long forex heritage.

Management is lax yet firm, patient yet demanding; I enjoyed working for the general manager. Honestly.

Only issue is job security as there are few opportunities - more... for advancement, and the pay structure is painfully outdated given the market forces emerging as we speak.

Good entry-level experience and no need for MBA or membership in MENSA. - less
ProsNo need for certification or education. If you can sell, you can make a decent living.
ConsCompany market position is poor, will decline in light of consolidation of global banks and increased share of fx trading.
