It was fun at first and enjoyed most of it. Except for a few employees, there is no team work, everyone talks rudly about everyone. They don’t do anything about bullying. absolute joke

this is the last place you’d wanna work at. Staff aren’t helpful and management is horrible. Most un organized place i’ve ever worked at and the elders don’t get proper care they need. i was shocked to see the workers they hire. some people that work there definitely shouldn’t be working with people. it was horrible to see.

I quite enjoyed working with the elderly, such sweet residents in this home. Unfortunately, the RN’s and PSW’s make it a very negative and toxic place to be.

Staff are amazing

Management is unprofessional and uncaring. Money is the bottom line here which is unfortunate because the residents deserve so much better. I suppose this is also a provincial problem as well.
