Flexible hrs ….reasonable pay
Improve the internal oportunities of promotion.
Open up the full time jobs. The company keeps using contract workers which won't make people stick around forever.
Improve the working environment. All jobs should be capable of being performed by 75 percent of the population aged 35. Problem is, a high percentage of workers are in their 50's and 60's. management needs to watch their language. Hire better supervisors and allow them some work life balance where non exists
