Not quick at all. The process for me involved filling in an application, being called to do a written apptiude test, manual skills test followed be yet another skills test. The whole process took me 7 months. All that for an unskilled job.

Improve the working environment. All jobs should be capable of being performed by 75 percent of the population aged 35. Problem is, a high percentage of workers are in their 50's and 60's. management needs to watch their language. Hire better supervisors and allow them some work life balance where non exists
