Not quick at all. The process for me involved filling in an application, being called to do a written apptiude test, manual skills test followed be yet another skills test. The whole process took me 7 months. All that for an unskilled job.

Yes. FCA must make money producing the cars. They must make money but they must give to the market a different products. Oftenly the people must keep few functions
