Good wages but Toxic environment

The wages the this food company gives is really decent. The working areas are also clean. Its a huge company having lots of plants in north America.Some of the plants recently been acquired like ACE bakery. Where the behavior of the management/supervisor is very toxic. That is the reason lots of people left within 2-3 years.Some of them are in line to leave.A very humble suggestion to the top ...
