Only one restaurant was opened at the time, fell under the aurify brands and too many people were making decisions and things were constantly changing. Having a district manager who didn't know what they were doing and not knowing how to speak to someone was very difficult.

Work about 10 hours a day. I've learned how to fuse pipe, purge gas, tap mains, draw as builts and service cards and how to locate for a bore crew. Management is good strong minded people that look out for there men. Co-workers always looking to help out and good at taking orders. The hardest part of my job is the heat of the day. The most enjoyable part is working with my foreman and co-works.
