No one cares anymore

Absolute trainwreck
Worked here for a couple years and if I can save 1 person from applying here then im happy because this place is an awful place to work. HR doesnt care about anyone/anything. Management just sits in there offices all day long and have zero idea of whats going on downstairs. Its like everyday is there first day managing a company. fear of speaking out
You are guaranteed to experience microaggression from untrained supervisors/managers and disgruntled senior management. Racist comments are a norm from top down. The sad part is trying to file a complaint to h/r because h/r continues to do nothing though they are part of the problem and are aware of these endless problems and the poor working environment.
