Lots of hours to put in if you're on the right runs
Not physically too demanding but it is mentally. If you are on certain runs, your schedule changes a lot. Pay is decent for what you are doing. Need to have some mechanical knowledge.Deli Clerk in Shaunavon, SK

Productive and fun place to work with
Co-op Bakery and Deli is the best to work. Very friendly co-workers. Lots of learning and keeps you busy. Clean and very organized. The pay is minimum but its fun.Pump Attendant in Winnipeg, MB

poor place to work
this is a bad place to work and you will be poor. dont work here unless you want to be broke and miserable. you could make more money working half as hard if you just look around.Material Handler/Forklift Operator in Calgary, AB

Not worth breaking your body for 16/hr
a typical day of work is, picking product putting it on the motorized pallet jack with the voice command. The management says the productivity standard is achievable, but after awhile, I realized they are full of it, you have to pick at breakneck speeds and have unsafe work practices to even come close to making their oh so precious average. Definitely the hardest part of the job. The most enjoyable parts were my breaks and lunch. The culture was very hostile, negative, lots of immature gossip, it felt like I was in high school again. A lot of the old time senior employees are incompetent, entrenched in their bad habits.Truck Driver - Class 1 in Winnipeg, MB

Stressful and thankless
Used to be a good place to work. Management needs a change. Dash cams and no trust in their drivers. Work 6 days a week. Pay hasn't increased with inflation. What would you say about your employer?
