Inventory Analyst (Current Employee) – Milton, ON – 11 March 2018
Coworkers are very relaxed and everyone is always willing to help accomplish a task or teach. Management is still trying to figure out what the desired strategy will be to accomplish its goals. Taking into mind this is a new facility, they are still in the experimental stage.
Worked here a year and it was the worst experience i could have.
Receptionist (Former Employee) – Coteau-du-Lac, QC – 16 May 2019
I will give it to them they do have good health insurance and overall benefits but the cafeteria food sucks and everything else sucks. The supervisor focuses on mainly getting the most work done before everything else even if he states at the beginning of every shift that health comes first.
Material Handler (Former Employee) – montreal, qc – 28 January 2019
It pays well for the responsibilities but the environment is soul-crushing (a sentiment expressed to me by other FedEx employees from different locations throughout Montreal). The wrong, literally worst kind of person is chosen for lower-management roles. Very well paying if you can forklift & willing to do crazy hours (like 18/hr plus overtime).
the pay, easy job
stomach-turning, disgusting attitudes from lower-management
