Team lead/ Cargo Handler in Calgary, AB
on 3 July 2022
Great people , work can be taxing physically
You are generally unloading or loading containers from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Keeps you in shape but can also be very tiring during holidays

Under paid- machine like job
Doesn’t pay well- boring job and back to back calls. The company is a great company if someone has no motivation, doesnt care about being productive and likes to take back to back calls with repetitive tasks such as scheduling a pickup or tracking a package. This is a job for people who love to work with zero effort to think or improve.

Management Sucks
Used to be a fun place but Management sucks. They have no idea what is going on and just promote people they like regardless of qualifications. HR doesn't care to listen to your problems as well.

Bosses are great. Office staff is awesome and the permanent drivers are very approachable and friendly. Hiring process was fast. Training was very appropriate and thorough
