Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Windsor, ON16 October 2018
Miserable work environment with no support from management. Very high turnover and very tough dealing with clientele on an everyday basis. Contract only, no benefits, and no work/home balance.

Auto Assembler (Former Employee) –  Windsor, ON21 March 2018
well run system made the job easy to do. how to plan the job layout. everyone in the team worked together to get the job done. The hardest part of the job was when a new tool was needed it would take forever to get one from the Foreman. Some times the employer would reward one for doing a super job.

Good job to have as a student.
TPT student employee (Current Employee) –  Brampton, ON8 December 2017
The hours are demanding even as a student. Management picks favourites often, and if you are not a favourite you won't be called in to work. The job itself is demanding, but its not too bad, for the money you make as a student. Working with all the people there is the most challenging part. You work in an environment that makes you work all day next and very close to other people, who like to talk to you all day long. The most enjoyable part of the job is the pride everyone who works there takes in making the vehicles.
Pros
the pay is really good for being a student
Cons
long hours, call students in last minute to work

Assembly Line Worker (Former Employee) –  Brampton, ON23 May 2017
Learned a lot during my time at FCA group. Learned how to be a reliable, fast paced, and committed worker as these were all requirements of the job. Had very little time to rest, so it also taught me discipline. Management was nice, and the culture at work was a positive one. Hardest part of the job was the physical labour and the most enjoyable was being able to contribute to building world class automobiles.

Good pay
