    Warehouse Associate in Montréal, QC

Repetitive works fetching parts at the warehouse. No job advancement, unionized, however the pay could be better

Run of the mill distribution environment with a big emphasis on workplace safety. Had competitive pay and benefits due to Union representation. Unfortunately, following the Stellantis merger, they have closed the Montreal location.
    General Labourer in Brampton, ON

    Tough work but decent pay
The pay was decent and managers and co-workers were nice and friendly. The work is constant and breaks are short and don't allow for you to much at all.
    Maintenance Electrician in Brampton, ON
    on 23 March 2022
Great pay, overtime available for trades, no flexibility when it comes to time off
Great place to work in terms of what is expected on a daily basis. There is some flexibility and freedom while you’re at work, but in terms of the relationship between maintenance supervisors and hourly maintenance staff it’s poor at best. Time off when you want it isn’t easy to come by. Many Saturdays are mandatory. Having said that you can make some money here, but it comes with its own price.
    Production Operator in Windsor, ON
    on 8 March 2022
Great people to work with, unfortunately the Automotive industry is unpredictable
Be your self, ask questions. Bee good to management and they will be good back to you. Stay out of seniority way. The union is garbage stay out of politics and you'll be fine.
