• come to work have a list of cars to clean. Sold, photos, & showroom. • they promise to train you how to paint and do body work. But they don’t. You will have co-workers who you will work with that will nag and brag about you, complain and act like the best. Arguing with salesmen. It’s a team effort not a competition. Using soap to wash cars is a no at this place, No clay barring, tire shine on rubber mats (safety hazard). just wash body with water and dry with chamois. Very unprofessional. • management is fine.

Terrible

There’s no base pay so if you’re willing to work for 6 days a week for FREE for a little while until you can sell a car then be my guest.Dark cloud over the office, worst work environment I have been in since coming to canada.If you get an interview for the retail side, give them a chance you never know. But if you get a chance for the SUBPRIME side then run as fast as you can

One of the best dealerships I’ve worked at. Management supports sales staff in being successful and provide all the tools necessary. Positive environment.

It was really a great experience working there. Learned a lot, high income potential. Great staff to work with, amazing inventory and supportive management

Drama, Unfair Pay, Promises Unfulfilled.

All promises were of the opposite. In reality the owners and other members of the team don't communicate and have their own cliques within the organization. Whispers and talks of don't converse with this team that person etc. Pay plans are different amongst individuals, which is fair if you take a look at experience etc. But it is based on who you know not what you know. You are self contracted so it is sink or swim with no benefits or any wages until vehicles are sold. Which is tough in its own right as the vehicles are all higher end. Along with that, they do not have every lender on board for support, so in comparison to the competition it is an uphill battle.

You don’t want to work here, they don’t pay properly, cut a lot of your pay with Made up expenses they make up and the work Culture sucks and is toxic.

promise you the moon but never lives to it!

This place is a passing stage in your development to get somewhere better. you'll never have a future just simply because you are not a part of the management's ethnic group "Ukrainian" . You can make a "get by" money specially if you want some work during COVID crises but that's about it! they will promise you so much but you'll get so little. Their pay plans are the worst in the market, they never distribute leads fairly and most the staff have been there less than a year! what does that tell you?

Don’t care about their employees!!

Take my advice it’s not worth working here. They don’t care about their employees, and will pencil them. I think they are a Very fishy shady company and are desperate. They don’t distribute their leads fairly too

Avoid

Only as good as the deals you make , otherwise you are replaceable. Look elsewhere if you want to have a good career in automotive. Poor work environment.

Not good for me Fun at times but they don't care about there works that how I feel The laded me off without letting me know they gave my job to someone after asking for two weeks off for my new born baby.
