. a typical day at work with fatburger was structured and exhilarating . i learned a lot about running a business how to effectively ensure that the customers were satisfied how to properly run a team and make sure all parts of the business ran smoothly and accurate .management was very professional and cared about their employees .i enjoyed working as a team and excelling in sales and tasks very competitive i like a good challenge

horrible no room to advance always making schedule change last second. management talked down to staff never suppiled with what we needed double shift to no staff provided

Direct all employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy. Make sure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.

Managing at Fat Burger

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Marietta, GA - 7 June 2012

Working at Fat Burger was a wonderful experience for me. Being able to move up to management within two months. Multitasking being able to take orders and handle many different orders at one time. Cooking and making the sandwiches as the orders come in to ensure satisfaction to the customer and giving them their orders at a timely manner. Doing the daily paperwork and the weekly truck inventory was good office skills for me. Also learning to do the payroll and the weekly schedules was a good learning experience.
