this company is a horrible company to work for and the turn over is ridicules I have never in my life seen a business model like that before.

depend on the location But real nice place to work

All the branches are not the same, it depend on the GM. If you have a General Manager close to the team you will have a great time with Fastenal. Higher management is great too.

Not a good place to work

If you ask for a raise they either tell you come back at the end of the quarter or that there is a hiring freeze. If you want to make mediocre money this is the job for you. If you want to be able to say you're proud of your employer, don't apply here.
