Management is resistant to suggestions from employees. Apparently, they know it all. The pay is good but the work environment is just OK. The job is physically demanding and requires working at night doing store deliveries. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to go home.

Good easy going company for beginners. Lots of unloading but no pressure from the management. Decent pay check. Very chill work place environment. Overall good company

Its a good experience. A lot of stuff to learn from others. Can get hectic at times. But the pay is good compared to other places and the team of sorters are good

People are great, culture is meh
The warehouse location has a really awesome group of people to work with. The leads are really awesome too. But the management could be better. The culture is all about numbers and the bottom line. You aren't a human there, just a cog in the machine of Fastenal.
