Everything seems good until the first day of training, then it goes down hill. If you like to be micromanaged then this is the place for you... They treat employees badly and the job is so stressful, that the decent pay doesn't matter. I would rather work somewhere else for lower pay than to be treated poorly like I'm less then human.

Nice to you in some ways, like giving a long lunch, but not nice if you don't fit in and break your back for them. No advancement opportunities. Didn't pay attention to my resume, hired me for a position I "wasn't qualified for," and kind of blamed me.

If you dont have any experience, this job is a good one, you will gain knowledge and experience in the field rapidly. You weirdly have to buy the work clothes (not paid back), if you work full time you are working 7:30-5:00 which is more than 40 hours a week (no overtime paid).
