Productive and Fun
Fastenal can be a fun and rewarding job. There is room for growth and lots of training for development. Unfortunately with the wrong management in place the job can be very stressful.

Reliable management and great coworkers
Fastenal has been great to me so far. The management is amazing, the people are amazing and really push every employee to succeed in the company. could pay better but thats the same everywhere
