What advice would you give the CEO of Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria about how to improve the company?
I would suggest they actually get up from their desks and go out and see how the staff of their restaurants are treated. The CEOs and head office of Famoso have no empathy for their staff nor do they show any loyalty to staff that have been long time employees. Deplorable company and horrendous behaviour on their end.
