I would clean outside area, turn on grill and rest of station Fryers etc. made sure all prep was ready for each morning and evening, cooked for tables high as 15 people. I learned how to work fast paced as the only man in the kitchen. The food we cooked daily was a Variety of meals chicken curry, fish, samosas, different soups etc. The hardest part - more... of the job was Clean up as we reached the later hours. The best part of the job was the interaction's I'd have with customers and hearing the positive feedback. - less
