Staff works together well. Management and HR is a nightmare. Both are two-faced. Stay away.I have worked in 3 different hotels in Canada. Tremblant has the worst Human Resources and Management teams x1000. There is nothing "human" about the human resources in this hotel. The Director is evil. The Management are two-faced. You are treated like a number, nothing more. The employee turnover here is comical. EVERY dept. is short staffed all year long. If you get a flat tire and are even 5mins late, you will get written up. Word is spreading fast in the Laurentians to stay clear of this place. It is a sinking ship. Many more opportunities in Hospitality in the Tremblant region to explore. You're welcome.
