Productive most days, lots of re-inventing the wheel on other days
Principal Test Engineer - CMI (Current Employee) – Lowell, MA – 4 September 2018
The team around me was always a pleasure to work with, as were the people I worked closely with at remote sites. Unfortunately, Seattle, where the talent was thinnest, was in charge. The satellite sites (like ours) had almost 100% senior people with great attitudes, but the Seattle site had to share all the local talent with many other companies. This left decision making often in the wrong hands, which sometimes led to rewriting work that was already fine, introducing replacements for tools that didn't need replacing, and other time-consuming misfires.
Great pay, time off, etc.
A lot of effort on re-work.
