As a member of management with F2F Direct Consulting, I would like to add some context to the main "con" past employees have mentioned. Many people are looking for a standard 9-5 working day, and this would not be the right job for those people year-round. However, we have team members who have stayed with us for years because the typical working hours of this sort of campaign is ideal for them. If you have school or other employment during the day, or your spouse works mornings so you need to stagger childcare, or you simply like the idea of working less than 40 hours per week for personal reasons, this job might be ideal for you. In this sense, it is not at all equivalent of minimum wage; F2F Direct pays significantly more than minimum wage, and compensation does not involve commission in any way. The question is, how many hours are you looking to work, and at what times throughout the week?
