Fast-paced, 5s-culture, rotating shifts, diversified business (customers include Honda, GM, stellantis). Part of F-Tech. Floor departments in Plant 1 include stamping, welding, quality, hydro forming, paint, and material services. Plant 2 is Assembly. Manufacture subframes. Benefits are decent. Associates train associates … know what you’re getting into. Typical mix of awesome people to work with and some you can’t explain why they’re still employed. Experience in a factory/warehouse or automotive an asset, but no experience is necessary.

Okay place to work

Welder/Forklift Driver/Assembly Worker (Current Employee) - Tottenham, ON - 11 March 2020

They are always looking for people so I would recommend this job to anyone who needs one ASAP, but it's a negative place to work. Your salary could be better, you have to work there over 5 years before you get any benefits if you're lucky and it's like going back to high school with how management is. The good thing is you get weekends off and a steady secure 40 hour work weeks with overtime if you want or when there is mandatory overtime.

The worst company I have ever worked for in my life and would not recommend any too work their. They treat you like yiu are a peace of garbage wirk you like a dig and pay you nothing.

No raises are ever giving!

Company just doesn't care for its employees. We are not paid well for the work expected. Is not a family based environment. Company does the very bare minimum in all aspects of the company.
