Production Worker in Kingston, ON

Not a great company, but could become oneI worked at EZ STAK for a couple of months before they fired me. I was working in production at that moment. It started as a good decent job until a certain someone decided to throw me out. I am freethinker and like to bring new and different ideas to the table. But someone in production management decided that I was not doing what was told to me. I wasn't allowed to use my brain to fix the production processes. They use some of the most obsolete processes and systems developed by a HIGH SCHOOL ILLITERATE and have no idea how to work with people to solve a problem. Its all about "Work The Problem" but some people just don't get it. Management is good and was working very hard to bring new people into the company. I just hope that new operations management will make changes in that office to fix problems started by someone who is NOT MEDICALLY FIT to do her job. Good luck to new management, would love to work with you again one day.

Great learning experienceEZ STAK is a rapidly growing business and a great company to work for. The product line is very interesting and challenging at the same time. There is an amazing work culture, great health benefits, compensation, proper work-life balance and the colleagues are friendly.

Horrible Company in Every SenseApart from where it is located (Kingston is in Canada BTW, not USA like you claim company is in), there is nothing good about this company. They take advantage of anyone new and their desire to do good, and grind you down until you doubt yourself. They have serious problems in Engineering built upon years of cutting corners, so everyone puts a blame on them. There is no respect or comraderie. It's all about covering your butt so you aren't fired, but probably will be anyways. They have gone thru about 5 Engineering Managers in 3 years, because they don't give anyone the chance to fix such deep rooted issues. Don't even consider working here. I'd rather work for minimum wage slinging burgers where they at least show you some sort of respect.
