  • We had started working from home and taking meetings from our homes, however I left the company on the onset of the pandemic.

  • Poorly. Mandating Flex Work Arrangements, and trimming fat under the guise of performance when it is layoffs

  • EY has responded in a very positive manner during this lock down, all the employee are working from home and the CEO himself is taking essential steps to make sure the smooth functioning of the organisation keeping the employee interest in the mind of the organisation.
