Like many companies they offer family or individual health benefits (over 24h/week). For the first 3 years you do pay part of the premium (deducted from each pay) but after the third year they pay the full amount. They also offer pay for performance for each pay period, meaning they score some of your calls and if you get over a certain score you get an extra $2/hour for the hours worked in that time period. Also, the top 3 scores for the PFP period get gift cards. They do an annual boat cruise on the grand, Christmas parties for staff’s children as well as a separate staff party. They are always catering in food for social committee or other events. They offer seminars about health, finance etc (based on employee input). You get a gift card on your birthday as well as other incentives that they hand out at the Christmas party
Job security. They also have a really cool culture. Cable tv, fireplace, massage at work, computers, full eat in kitchen with booths. Great atmosphere.
