Cons: You are basically working 15 per hour. It is better to work in McDonalds than here. No benefits, no safety training or just basic training. Pros: Schedule.

There are no benefits and no consistent work or hours. The job can be easy some days and hard on the body others it depends on the location they send you. Offloading floor loaded containers by hand without equipment can be unsafe. The management are horrible and will lie to customers and you at a whim. If they like you, you get containers some days in a week and sometimes a few a day, but if not ...

Back breaking labour, not worth the pay, do not work here I would advise against it. You get paid by the container and this could mean packing tiny boxes into a huge container without mechanical assistance.

Great management and co-workers. We have fun all day lifting heavy things and are paid quite well. We get to approach our work at our own pace and can take on as much work as we'd like.
