Toxic environment starts at the top.
Very poor senior management. Little to no regard for unloaders or middle management. Company constantly changes bonus structure for their benefit and not their employees.Car/gas allowance minimal meaning if Site Managers have to travel to multiple sites they will be paying out of their own pockets.Zero job security. Company has a history of getting rid of employees to save money.

Inconsistent work, not a full time job
The job can be hard at times but you do get paid for what you put in. Leadership is poor making the job tough with no pathways for upskilling and poor safety and customer handling in the Ontario area

Physiclly demanding and not rewarding
Cons: You are basically working 15 per hour. It is better to work in McDonalds than here. No benefits, no safety training or just basic training. Pros: Schedule.
