This allowed me to be creative for a wide variety of price points and styles. Ability to work with many different buyers and develop assortments based on their customers - which allowed me to dig in to the details and bring to life something just for them. I love to sell and when I can stand behind the product I am confident about the pitch 100% completely. As sales we know our customer better than anyone and we should always be the driving force for product - some companies do not believe that and I totally disagree.

Yes No Report Interesting place to work Content Marketing Manager (Current Employee) – Miami, FL – 2 August 2017 Enjoyable place to work; typical day is from 8:30am to 5:30pm. The mgmt. could use more structure. And the communication among different departments needs improving. But the company is growing nicely.
Some mgmt. members do not have the necessary training to lead.
