Love the work hate the place.

A typical day starts 15 mins before you even start to get paid. You must show up 15 mins early (full uniform and make up) for pre shift meeting then you must be waiting at the tables 5 mins before you start. Then you go on the tables some times have players sometimes not. Some times you laugh so hard sometimes you get insulted mostly you get ignored.

You do get lots of breaks (usually 20-25 mins every 1.5 hours) however there is nothing to do! Shifts are 9 hours and you don't get paid for that extra hour because it is a "break".

The bonuses are cool BUT it provides incentive for dealers to hide mistakes so they make bonus. Attendance bonus does nothing but harm those who need to use sick days.

The hours suck. Either your working all day with no time once your off or you work all night just to sleep all day. There is ZERO work life balance. Plus when they have staff meetings it is mandatory that you work 11 hours that day or its deemed as an absence.

There is hardcore favoritism which is evident by the fact some people get fired for certain behaviors while others who do the same thing get rewarded with a favorable rotations which management even admitted to me that they do.
Pros
bonus, free coffee
Cons
management, gossip, culture, long shifts

Poor management communication, different story each manager.
Lots of favouritism from managers if you get on their good side.

Day shift gets all the rewards and attention.

Lots of drama amongst GPs and managment.

Once you get to know some GPs it's a tolerable place, but awful to sit at a dead table unable to look away or talk to anyone near by (otherwise write up)

Never post about work on social media, unless you dont fear your job security.
Pros
Monthly Bonuses(possible $600), location, free coffee, friends you make.
Cons
9+ hours, no tips, no job security, no seniority, no shift premium.

poor management and lack of good communication. teach your team management how to treat entry level employees with respect, with non specific judgements and how to be patient. It's a job not a jail.
you can feel the negative energy and can tell people don't look happy.

create a positive work environment. people stay and are motivate when they feel value.
Pros
beautiful local and view, free coffee
Cons
drama/gossip/favoritism/ spread false rumors about others and manipulate team against each other.

Due to poor management all aspects of the job are affected. From poor training, to lack of communication, and a clear lack of organization, its easy to see why this company has become hot spot for drama, and new faces to replace all those fired faces.
Pros
Free coffee
Cons
