Des affaires louches se déroulent. Les amis des superviseurs sont bien et les autres doivent travailler double et triple. La gestion, c'est zero.

Decent entry and work

It is a reasonable place to work with great co-workers. Location is not favourable but still reachable by public transit. Workload can be a lot but it is manageable. Facilities can improve.

Meetings, discussions and parties.Ensuring customer happiness / delivering the products on time by resolving challengesChallenges and resolving challenges by sharing the challenges with the rest of the crew and coming up with great resolutions.

Overall good. Pay is low for toronto. Coworkers and management are generally nice and want you to succeed, with few exceptions. Excellent place to get experience but attrition rate is high. Lots to do, it can get very busy. Onboarding is painful.

Good job for students. It has decent salary and flexible schedules. However, they give you more responsibilities without increasing your pay and the location is hard to reach without a car.

C vrai j'ai quitté l'emploi mais grâce a entreprise eurofins j'ai trouvé l'emploie de mes rêves car ils mon très bien formé, je suis très reconnaissante pour cette entreprise.

This company is a prime example of a toxic work environment that undermines its employees and has a complete disregard for their well-being.From the moment I joined the team, I was in denial because I had been lied to to take the job. The company culture is one that promotes a self-righteous attitude from management, with little to no recognition of the hard work and dedication that employees put into their roles. The lack of respect and appreciation for the contributions of the team creates a toxic work environment that breeds frustration and resentment.There is no support or encouragement provided to the employees. In fact, the company actively undermines its employees' efforts and makes them feel as though they are not good enough to meet the company's expectations. The management seems to have no regard for the importance of employees' personal time. They call you when you are no longer at work, and stress you out on your personal time. Management also interrogates you and what you do with your personal time. They ask you about medical matters. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. The company's disregard for its employees' well-being, lack of respect, and finger pointing make it a truly terrible place to work. If the company wishes to retain its employees and attract new talent, it needs to make significant changes to its culture and management style.

On m'a vendu du rêve et des perspectives d'évolution, mais au vu des gros problèmes d'organisation, du rythme de travail et du sentiment de régression par rapport à mes anciens employeurs, je vais juste prendre mon expérience et partir ailleurs.Bien si vous débutez et que vous êtes prêt à sacrifier votre vie social, mais à part cela, la paie n'est pas vraiment avantageuse et le labo est clairement sous-équipé par rapport à ce que j'ai pu voir ailleurs.Le labo privilégie clairement ses clients au détriment de son personnel. Ceux qui sont là depuis des années sont ceux qui l'ont acceptés.Prenez votre expérience de 1-2 ans et partez, vous trouverez quelques chose de certainement mieux payé et plus épanouissant.

Amazing team, but very bad management

The pay is very bad (16,50$ an hour) and there is not a lot of possibility for advancement. The team is great and everyone is very nice. The formation process was very long and you have to advocate for yourself is you want to learn.

Longueil Lab

Microbiology Technician (Current Employee) - Longueuil, QC - 18 January 2023

Been there 6 months and there are talks of promotions already. Fast pace but management is indulgent with deadlines when possible. Salary is average for the region, could be more but it's better than where I was before. Evening, weekend and night shifts get a few dollars extra per hour. Nice cafeteria area with fresh food to purchase if you forgot your lunch and comfy chairs. Employees are friendly. Overtime is to be expected in the summer, winter work slows significantly.

c'est la pire expérience de travail que j'ai eu dans toute ma vie, pas de communication entre les collègues, manque de professionnalisme, pas d'intervention de la RH quand il ya des problèmes entre les collègues, de l'over time chaque jour et licenciement du personnel sans donner de motif convaincant.
