It is a horrible place to work. Not professional at all. Not worth your time, skills, or energy. This place sucks the life out of you. The pay is terrible(all pun intended). It is such a messy place to work particularly in accounting. Management uses fear tactics against employees. They take advantage of all their employees by paying them very low salaries and make them work during weekends. Please stay away if you can. You are basically just another body to fill a position. Terrible work environment at its best!

Chaotic, disorganized, toxic company

Not organized at all, chaotic communication between departments, incompetent and clueless management, negative culture, does not care about its employees and tenants, unhappy employees, low pay compared to competitors, high turnover

Learn about property management and getting paid on time. Not much else.

Poor and autocratic leadership, clueless management, no possibility of career advancement, high turnover especially in accounting, very cheap on buying supplies, no vision or direction, makes things as they go, fear based culture and old fashioned. Staff members are regularly put down in meetings. There is no respect for employees. They will use you and spit you out. Do yourself a favor, work for another company. If you make the mistake of working there, you will regret it.

Unpleasant Environment

The property accounting positions is very monotonous. I did the same identical work almost every day. It was quite boring even though I did learn about property accounting. The management was not very supportive and helpful. High turnover. Management tends to put down people. Hostile environment in the office.
