Journeyman Welder/CWB SMAW Welder (Former Employee) –  Victoria, BC6 December 2016
Quickly became a part of the core group of employees. Did my best and was recognized for it. Worked on a half dozen projects and was made lead welder on my first with the company.
Pros
Some of the best tradesmen I've worked with.
Cons
No consistent work.

Everyday is different from the last with new learning experiences and challenges to overcome. With the help of fellow colleagues and the use of team work and communication the job is enjoyable and satisfying. We complete the work that needs to be done in a safe manner following the guidelines, policies, and procedure.
