Since operations are up North, most interviews are done over the phone. However, if you live near one of our locations, an in-person interview will be arranged.

Get rid of some of the long time employees. They are a huge culprit in lack of moral within the stores.
Listen to the people you hire in positions of management, that's why you hired these people in the first place.
