What other's have said is true. Great culture, great benefits and people. ESET's main HQ is in the EU, and sometimes NA and EU do have different ideas. They treat their workers great and do a great job of hiring.
But basically the NA location in San Diego is a Sales support location. Providing technical and sales assistance to the ESET brand. As such advancement is not that great for anything beyond these roles. Tech support, sales and marketing, including the normal internal support for these main functions.
If you are new to moderate in experience, this is a great opportunity, you will learn a lot about so much. Basically, getting paid to go to college. Great on the tech side, fun on the sales side. People there do work as a team and look out for each other.
But if you are extremely experienced, there is better opportunities elsewhere. Overall if you are anything other than that, go ahead and apply.
