I make sure everything is ready to carry out the planned activities. It's be better to be in proactive mode then in reactive mode. Workplace culture must promote professionalism, mutual understanding and respect for each other. The hardest part of the job would be dealing with unpredicted issues. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interaction with fello co-workers.
