It is good place to work,
It is a good place to work for new professionals, there is a lot of opportunities to grow in the Graduates program. However it is difficult to grow in other departments, only certain positions have real career development plans.

Productive workplace
Very fast-paced dynamic work environment with a great team of staff that are dedicated to creating a productive working space. Although the work may be challenging at times, it was a fun experience working at this company.

Great culture
Company management cares about the employees, and actually takes the time to talk to them, no matter their level. The work can be challenging at times, but there is great support from team members.

Needs Improvement
No job security at all unfortunately. They just kept extending my contract over and over again by 1-3 months. Management kept moving me from one department to another. It became overwhelming. Many people resigned when I did.Other than that, the work was good, fast paced. They need to work on how they train their employees though.

My experience was not good. My boss was not accommodating or helpful. Never sat down to give me any instructions Very Condescending and rude and really does not know the what working in the position in the real workplace is about.
