The company is unorganized, and chaotic.
Ordering systems have major bugs, and no IT department to correct them.
Large company ran like a "mom and pop shop"
Management has shady practices.
Canadian based company, and advertise that Upholstery is all Canadian made, except they have recently outsourced production to Mexico, and staff have been instructed - more... to continue to say "Made in Canada"

Overly Competitive, and HIGHLY sales driven. Management is confused, and is focused mainly on image, not on Customer service. - less
ProsGreat stepping stone, get a chance to work with Designers, and learn things.
ConsPoor managment, low pay with extremely high expectations.
