EPCOR is a decent place to work with good salaries, benefits and training opportunities. The work was interesting and rewarding. Lots of rigid policies and procedures, frequent reporting. They have a very hierarchical management structure and do not solicit much employee input. They just implement things from the top down. this is not a good company

Amazing coffee and great management.
EPCOR deserves all the accolades it receives about how great it is to work for this company. you are always supported and your manager is very easy to speak with and emails are responded to in the same day if not the same hour.Everyone is professional and the lunch room views are spectacular.
